Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years in AR, billing, collections, or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing and cash receipt approvals.
• Process customer invoices in ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor aging and lead collections to improve cash flow.
• Reconcile cash receipts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare AR balance sheet reconciliations and reports for close.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve issues.
