Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret customer information and instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with data entry and numeric accuracy.
• Experience with eoStar and AR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record incoming customer payments via EFT and checks.
• Make collection calls to customers.
• Answer incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries.
• Analyze accounts, reconcile statements, and maintain AR aging clean-up.
• Assist customers with the new payment portal and document payments.
