Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1+ year AR experience, proficient Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1+ year of AR, billing, or accounting experience (agriculture industry a plus).
• Solid Excel and data entry skills.
• Accounting software experience (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for agricultural products and services.
• Post customer payments, deposits, credits, and adjustments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Research billing discrepancies and upscale as needed.
• Upload invoices and retrieve remittance details from customer portals.
• Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized AR records and documentation.
• Provide excellent service to internal teams and external customers.
