Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and posts customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Applies customer payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit card) to the appropriate accounts.
• Reconciles daily deposits and maintains an up-to-date AR subledger.
• Monitors outstanding balances and supports collections efforts as needed.
• Communicates with customers regarding invoice status, payment questions, and documentation requests.
• Tracks product shipments and matches shipping documents to invoices to ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies.
• Assists the Controller with monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Participates in annual financial audit preparation and supports process improvements.
