Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of office experience; accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Post payments to customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare daily bank deposits from checks.
• Review and research account balances for accuracy.
• Review A/R for posting and status of accounts.
• Communicate with Accounts Receivable Supervisor concerning problems with accounts.
• Data entry and file maintenance of customer files.
• Research customer activity as requested by AR Supervisor.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, fax and email regarding payments and balances.
