Job summary

Collision Auto Parts in Hayward, CA is seeking a full-time accounting clerk to support accounts receivable operations, handle invoicing, and resolve billing issues. This position processes invoices, payments, and will-call orders, and assists with audits.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, basic accounting knowledge, and strong organizational skills. In-person work with standard daytime hours and paid time off benefits are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers on the phone with accounting issues or concerns.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and answer invoicing questions.
• Process invoices and payments from drivers daily.
• Process will call orders and payments.
• Reconcile and apply payments received daily.
• Collections of delinquent customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate monthly statements for net customers.
• Sort and file customer files.
• Support audit requests with AR documentation.
• Assist other departments on accounting issues.
• Other duties assigned.

Collision Auto Parts, comprised of three entities that operate distribution facilities across California and New Mexico, is a leading value-added distributor of certified and non-certified aftermarket collision repair parts. COL’s product categories include bumper covers, grilles, fender lines, hoods, tail lamps, head lamps and others. Collision Auto Parts utilizes a robust fleet of trucks to deliver parts to customers on a daily basis. Position is located in Hayward, CA

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Help customers on the phone with accounting issues or concerns
• Resolve billing discrepancies and answer customer questions related to invoicing
• Process invoices and payments from drivers daily
