In this position you will process payments from bank transmissions, checks, wires, and ACH, apply them using Aderant or similar ERP, and prepare AR status reports.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of AR/Cash Applications experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accurate data entry.
• Experience using ERP systems; Aderant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior professionals, including partners.
• Law firm or professional services industry experience is a plus.

Target Compensation: $35-38 per hour commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist:
