Job summary

Ledgent is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist for our Beverly Hills client. This onsite role focuses on owning the billing and collections process and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely cash flow.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in A/R and billing, experience with commercial collections, and strong communication and multitasking skills. A proactive, self-starting attitude and openness to feedback are valued; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
