Five Star Trucking, a family-owned logistics company in the United States, seeks an Accounts Receivable/Billing professional to support billing, payments, and AR functions. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate customer records.

Mansioni

• Prepare and process customer invoices with supporting documentation.
• Receive and apply customer payments and reconcile accounts.
• Follow up on past-due balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain customer billing information and update rates in the TMS or related system.
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close.
