Venturi Supply is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our growing finance team in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage daily AR tasks, apply payments, and monitor aging with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Experience with distribution-specific ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Able to pass background, MVR, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily bank deposits; reviews for accuracy.
• Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging.
• Assists with accounts receivable process through correspondence and collection calls as directed.
• Prepare customer invoices; reconciles customer accounts.
• Retrieves credit reports and assists with review of customer credit issues.
• Maintains accounts receivable files.
• Assists with related special projects as needed.
• Performs additional duties as required and assigned.
