Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking a Full-Time Auditor to join the Accounts Receivable team. The role focuses on taking incoming calls, auditing processes, and performing day-to-day tasks such as verifying, classifying, and data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of accounts receivable, prior call center experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask while staying organized.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and terminology.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AC and plumbing products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls
• Audit to ensure protocol is being followed
• Perform day to day tasks, including verifying, classifying and data entry
• Discover and resolve discrepancies
