Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking a full-time Auditor to join the Accounts Receivable department in the New York area. You will handle incoming calls, audit processes, verify and classify data, and resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have AR knowledge, call center experience, and proficiency in Excel, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Auditor in our Accounts Receivable Department.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls
• Audit to ensure protocol is being followed
• Perform day to day tasks, including verifying, classifying and data entry
• Discover and resolve discrepancies

Specific Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables
• Previous call center experience
• AC and Plumbing knowledge a plus but not necessary
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
