Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Texas to manage inflows and provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers. You will support cash application and AR accounting, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of AR activities.

The role includes assisting with weekly and monthly close processes, handling cash receipts, adjustments, chargebacks, and deductions in collaboration with Sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 1–2 years of related AR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with cash application and AR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the company’s inflow and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will support cash application and overall Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting by ensuring accurate and timely documentation, while also managing various transactions submitted to the team
• You will assist with the weekly and month-end close accounting processes, ensuring completion of all related checklists, and support various AR activities including cash receipts, adjustments, and communication with Sales for chargebacks and deductions
• You will maintain organized filing for all AR and deposit documentation, issue credit notes, process transactions, support the Finance and Sales teams with customer credit requests, and assist with audit documentation while striving to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify solutions for continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of relatex experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
