Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to support its Milwaukee-area operations. You’ll manage customer portfolios, pursue past-due balances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce aging and bad debt.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; on-site work at Pleasant Prairie, WI with strong benefits.

Formación

• 1+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
