• Manage customer invoicing, payments, deposits, and AR reconciliations.
• Monitor collections and respond to customer billing and credit inquiries.
• Process customer credit applications and trade credit requests.
• Support Accounts Payable data entry and month-end close.
• Assist with financial reporting and various accounting projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support continued growth.
