Job summary

Packsize is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate in Salt Lake City to manage receivables, resolve inquiries, and oversee credit holds. Your role will involve invoicing support, collections, and portal management to keep cash flow healthy.

You will collaborate with Customer Operations and Sales to optimize processes, review credit limits, and support audits. A background in corporate accounting and strong Excel skills are valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in accounting is preferred.
• Experience with AR processes within a corporate accounting environment preferred.
• Experience within a corporate accounting environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their accounts, including providing supporting documentation for invoices.
• Collaborate with AR team members for daily review of material shipment orders on credit hold.
• Set up and maintain credit limits and assess credit risk for new customers.
• Review and manage collections and account reconciliations.
• Review and manage customer portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) for assigned accounts.
• Provide support during external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
