Job summary

Packsize International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate in Salt Lake City, UT. You will manage customer accounts, process invoices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely collections and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes in a corporate environment preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills required.
• Experience with SAP, Quadient/YayPay, and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their accounts and provide supporting documentation for invoices.
• Collaborate with AR team for daily review of orders on credit hold.
• Set up and maintain credit limits and assess credit risk for new customers.
• Review and manage collections and account reconciliations.
• Review customer portals (Ariba, Coupa) for assigned accounts.
