Biller Purpose

A Biller is responsible for creating and submitting accurate invoices in a timely manner to customers in a constantly changing regulatory environment.

Biller Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Process and send customer sales invoices, credit memos, rebills, and adjustments accurately and timely, using correct delivery method
• Prepare daily batches for management approval prior to submitting to the customer
• Manage delivery tickets and file accordingly
• Upload invoices to customer portals
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Available for overtime as needed
• Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Billing required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
