Coilcraft, Inc. in Cary, Illinois, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support customer accounts, cash application, collections, and reconciliation as part of our global accounting team.

You will conduct account research, reconcile balances, maintain credit files, resolve past-due invoices, post cash receipts, and help build strong internal/external relationships while upholding our 75+ year reputation for engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct account research and analysis.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain customer credit files.

Position: Accounts Receivable Associate Location: Cary, Illinois

Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held global manufacturer headquartered in Cary, Illinois, with a 75+ year reputation for engineering excellence. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Accounting team. In this role, you'll support customer accounts, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation while helping maintain the financial health of our global organization.

About The Role And Your Impact
