Job summary

Coilcraft, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and improve magnetic components that power high-performance RF inductors, power magnetics, and filters.

The role is based in Cary, Illinois, and offers responsibilities spanning from prototyping to production transition, with collaboration across sales, manufacturing, and quality teams. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology, and have experience

  • Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks (preferred).

  • Drive quality and performance improvements through testing, analysis, and refinement.
  • Work with sales and marketing to translate customer needs into product specifications.
  • Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to transition designs into production.
  • Serve as the engineering contact for released products and support them throughout their lifecycle.

Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Cary, Illinois

About The Role And Your Impact
  • Design, develop, and improve magnetic component products, including defining and building prototypes

Who We're Looking For
