Position: Production Scheduling Associate
Location: Cary, Illinois

Our precision magnetic components support industries including telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Production Planning Associate to join our Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you'll help ensure production schedules, inventory, and planning systems work together to support on‑time customer delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.

About The Role And Your Impact

• Compile and analyze reports to ensure raw material inventory meets production requirements
• Review production systems and identify non‑standard occurrences
• Maintain planning data and operating system databases
• Compare finished goods inventory and work‑in‑process against production requirements
• Review production schedules to support on‑time customer delivery
• Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and other departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or related manufacturing role
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills
