A leading food processing solutions company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Winchester, KY. The ideal candidate will generate and manage customer invoices, maintain accounts receivable records, and resolve payment discrepancies. Proficiency in Excel and prior Accounts Receivable experience are essential, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in accounting or finance. This role offers competitive pay and benefits including a 401K plan.

Qualificações

Proficiency in Excel; experience with SalesForce and QuickBooks would be preferred but not required.
Prior Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

Generating timely and accurate customer invoices on a monthly basis.
Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date.
Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they are applied correctly.
Resolving discrepancies between customer payments and invoices.
Assisting with month-end closing activities.
Maintaining an organized workspace and demonstrating critical thinking skills.

Overview

CM Process Solutions is looking to attract an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our increasing amount of business and ever-expanding team. Our new Accounts Receivable Specialist will be a detail-orientated, enthusiastic, self-motivated person who enjoys a team environment. The position will be located at our Winchester KY location.

Compensation will be based on experience and potential with an estimated range of $21 to $25 per hour initially.

Responsibilities

Generating timely and accurate customer invoices on a monthly basis
Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date
Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they are applied correctly
Resolving discrepancies between customer payments and invoices

Additional Tasks as needed to support the success of the business
