A leading food processing solutions company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Winchester, KY. The ideal candidate will generate and manage customer invoices, maintain accounts receivable records, and resolve payment discrepancies. Proficiency in Excel and prior Accounts Receivable experience are essential, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in accounting or finance. Responsibilities

Generating timely and accurate customer invoices on a monthly basis.
Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date.
Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they are applied correctly.
Resolving discrepancies between customer payments and invoices.
Assisting with month-end closing activities.
Maintaining an organized workspace and demonstrating critical thinking skills.

Overview

CM Process Solutions is looking to attract an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our increasing amount of business and ever-expanding team. Our new Accounts Receivable Specialist will be a detail-orientated, enthusiastic, self-motivated person who enjoys a team environment. The position will be located at our Winchester KY location.

Compensation will be based on experience and potential with an estimated range of $21 to $25 per hour initially.
