Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant at Rosewalk Village Indy. The role handles data entry for accounts receivable, bank deposits, reconciliation and resident trust, supporting residents and families with billing inquiries and Medicaid applications.

You will assist with month-end closing, provide backup administrative support, and collaborate with teams to maintain accurate financial and census records.

Qualifications

• Customer service and clear communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing guidelines and familiarity with UB04 forms.
• Supportive presence for residents and families while coordinating with billing agencies.
• Ability to work as part of a team toward accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
