ManpowerGroup is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance Operations team in South Brunswick, NJ. You will support daily AR activities, process payments, and reconcile in SAP and cloud systems while ensuring accurate data flow across the billing process.

You will also help maintain dashboards using Power BI, assist in resolving billing blocks, and collaborate with supply chain to improve financial workflows. A college degree and ERP experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• College degree required in finance or related field.
• Experience in high-volume accounts receivable or finance support.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA.
• Exposure to HighRadius advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and reconciliation in SAP and cloud-based systems.
• Assist in resolving billing blocks and managing sales data flow to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Update dashboards and compile key metrics for reporting purposes using Power BI and SAP data extracts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain and other departments to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
• Document standard procedures and support SAP S4 readiness initiatives for digital transformation.
