Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Cranbury, NJ (hybrid) for a 10-month assignment to support the Invoice-to-Cash process with a focus on e-commerce receivables and sales billing. The role reports to an A/R Lead and requires strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

You will perform daily payment postings, reconciliations, and adjustments in ERP systems, monitor billing blocks, assist with ACH/wire/check payments, and contribute to Power BI dashboards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Billing, or I2C.
• Experience in high-volume financial environments.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Outlook.
• Power BI familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation: post payments, review AR transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Sales Billing Support: monitor and release billing blocks, support ACH/wire/check postings.
• Reporting & Data Maintenance: validation for Power BI dashboards and monthly finance reports.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: support Supply Chain and other teams, document SOPs.
