Solomon Page is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Cranbury, NJ for a 10-month contract. The role pays $33.08/hr on W2 and requires a Bachelor's degree with AR experience and SAP expertise. Responsibilities include daily payment postings, SAP blocks resolution, and data-driven insights via Power BI.

You will work closely with finance and supply chain teams, ensuring accurate subledgers and timely revenue recognition in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable or finance support role.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Power BI with focus on data accuracy and investigation.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA; HighRadius exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute daily payment postings and manage SAP entries to keep subledgers accurate.
Monitor and resolve SAP billing blocks for DTC, retail, and wholesale partners to minimize delays.
Process ACH, wire, and checks payments in line with department standards and support internal retail billing.
Update Power BI dashboards daily and compile data for I2C metrics; assist with SAP S/4 readiness initiatives.
Identify financial risks, assist with reconciliations, and collaborate with credit and deduction teams to resolve discrepancies.
Partner with supply chain teams to resolve missing sales or pricing issues and document SOPs.
