Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience.
• Invoicing and payment posting experience.
• Proficient with Excel and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Post customer payments and apply cash to invoices.
• Process lockbox files, payment records, and remittance documentation.
• Extract and organize pages from PDFs.
• Prepare customized PDF document packages for customer requests.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and unapplied payments.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and respond to inquiries.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing and document management procedures.
