Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Payrate: $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Processing incoming payments.
Reconcile customer accounts.
Issue credit notes.
Create AR aging and metrics reports.
Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments.
Update client billing information.

Must Have Skills:

4-5+ years related experience in account collections management analysis, corporate accounting, and/or financial analysis.

Desired Skills:

Strong analytical skills, including designing reports, manipulating, summarizing, and interpreting large data sets using advanced MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Effective collaboration skills with diverse team members.
Highly organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, strategic thinker, problem solver with strong creative, analytical, and people skills.
Knowledge of key business processes, including reconciliation, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and mentor others.
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance knowledge.
Ability to present information effectively to senior management and handle inquiries or escalations.
Ability to validate credit/debit memos according to policy.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
