SBA Communications in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator I to join our shared services team. This entry-level role focuses on learning core processes, performing routine tasks, and assisting with billing, cash applications, and reconciliation under supervision.

You will support aging analyses, help with adjustments, prepare entries, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions while aligning with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required; Associates' degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Great Plains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing aging reports to identify leases or accounts needing reconciliation.
• Help create adjustments and reallocate payments to clear outstanding balances.
• Prepare SAMM entries with guidance.
• Research open payments and credits to determine appropriate next steps.
• Provide invoice and statement copies to tenants upon request.
• Notify management of discrepancies found in invoicing.
• Support billing processes in third-party systems under supervision.
• Assist in monthly closing activities for accounts receivable.
• Follow all company policies and support compliance efforts.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
