Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable or billing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with accounting software (ComputerEase or comparable).

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and post invoices in ComputerEase using production data.
• Compile billing backup from SharePoint, GoCanvas, and as-built packages.
• Upload invoices to client portals and resubmit rejected invoices.
• Review labor estimates in portals and submit change orders by job number.
