You will post payments in Oracle and SAP, meet month-end deadlines, and collaborate with Treasury and Credit Analysts to resolve disputes and unidentified cash, contributing to accurate financial reporting and cash flow management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in AR/cash application.
• Travel less than 10%.
• Solid understanding of cash application and AR functions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a large mainframe accounting system (Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Cash Application & Payment Processing: identify and post customer payments in Oracle and SAP; meet month-end deadlines; process approved write-offs and refunds; handle bank lockbox transmissions.
• Account Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy: reconcile cash receipts with GL records; coordinate with accountants across units to resolve variances; work with Treasury to allocate funds.
• Research, Analysis & Dispute Resolution: research payment inquiries and discrepancies; investigate disputes; partner with Credit Analysts to resolve unidentified cash; support collections efforts through reconciliation and problem resolution.
