Qualifications

• Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to resolve outstanding payments.
• Import equipment meter readings and follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare Account Reviews with the Sales Team.
• Cross-train and support staff.
• Daily check deposit.
• Scanning and filing service contract documentation.
