Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk to join our team. The candidate will manage accounts receivable and payable processes efficiently and accurately, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable invoices and payments timely
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger for accuracy
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute customer statements
• Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support other finance-related tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Previous experience in accounts receivable and payable roles preferred
• Proficiency in Office applications, especially spreadsheets
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Dealertrack) is a plus
