Basic Functions

Responsible for inputting invoices, maintaining files, allocating cash receipts, verifying lockbox receipts, and tracking customer deductions for the Chemaid Site.

Responsibilities
  • Verify, print, and mail all invoices.
  • Input and verify customer cash applications.
  • Record and resolve customer deductions, obtaining and distributing necessary information.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely payments and review AR aging.
  • Send monthly customer statements.
  • Respond to AR inquiries and follow up as needed.
  • Initiate collections on overdue accounts.
  • Assist the manager with customer calls as backup.
  • Support Accounts Payable department when required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Accounting coursework preferred.
