Qualifications

• Kommerzielle Ausbildung im Rechnungswesen oder gleichwertig.
• Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung, SAP S/4HANA, Excel und MS Office.
• Starke Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch, analytisch, strukturiert und teamorientiert.

Responsibilities

• Bearbeitung der Forderungsbuchungen mit Fokus auf den E-Commerce.
• Abstimmung von Kontoauszügen, Kontenklärung, Unterstützung bei monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlüssen.
• Koordination mit Abteilungen zur Klärung offener Forderungen.

• Process accounts receivable bookings with e-commerce focus.
• Post statements, clarify accounts, support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve open receivable items.

Your experience & skills:

• Completed commercial training in accounting or equivalent.
• Professional experience in accounting, SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong German and good English, with analytical, structured, and team-oriented skills.
