Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking an Accountant (m/f/d) based in Europe to oversee German entities within the international software group. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, VAT filings, and internal controls, working with external advisers and payroll providers.

You will support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, manage intercompany reconciliations, and help implement efficient processes across multiple legal entities in a growing, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience with German GAAP and German tax requirements.
• SaaS/Software industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and closing procedures.
• Knowledge of German VAT requirements and payroll tax declarations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for German entities, ensuring accurate records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, and analyses.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review account balances.
• Process supplier payments and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare German VAT filings and support payroll tax declarations.
