Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance & Legal team. The role supports the weekly billing cycle, manages customer accounts, reconciles receivables, and assists in performance analysis, working with Operations, Business Development, and the CFO.

You should have an Associate degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of billing or general accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing, A/R, or general accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong Excel skills preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite/Oracle preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Oil and gas or industrial services industry or construction industry experience.

Responsibilities
