Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking an organized A/R Specialist to join our Finance & Legal team in Mansfield, PA.

You will support weekly billing, manage customer accounts, reconcile receivables, and assist in performance analysis while coordinating with Operations, Business Development, and the CFO. Responsibilities include invoice processing, account reconciliations, data accuracy, collections, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of billing/A/R or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly invoice processing and customer billing.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and GL maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account records and collections.
• Collaborate with Directors to validate invoice details and generate reports.
• Support audits and improve financial reporting processes.
