Job summary

Riddle’s Group Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to support multiple divisions in AR, retail loan collections, credit underwriting, and credit risk decisions.

This role focuses on maintaining portfolio quality while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage customer accounts, evaluate creditworthiness, and help create win-win solutions that benefit both customers and the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, collections, lending, banking, finance, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable data and ensure accuracy.
• Provide friendly support to customers and coworkers.
• Resolve past-due balances on AR and retail financing accounts.
• Review credit applications and assist with approval decisions.
• Analyze credit reports, payment history, and income data to assess creditworthiness.

Riddle’s Group Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to support multiple divisions in the management of accounts receivable, retail loan collections, credit underwriting, and credit risk decisions. This position plays a key role in maintaining portfolio quality while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Use tools and teamwork to keep customer account data accurate and up to date.


• Deliver friendly, helpful support to both customers and coworkers.


• Connect with customers to resolve past‑due balances on both accounts receivable and retail financing accounts.


• Review customer credit applications and assist with credit approval decisions within established company guidelines.


• Evaluate creditworthiness by analyzing credit reports, payment history, income information, and other relevant data.


• Recommend appropriate credit limits and account actions based on risk assessment and company policies.


• Help create win‑win solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.


• Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in resolving financial hardships when appropriate.


• Post daily payments and reconcile accounts.


• Balance multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Schedule

• Full‑time position


• Standard business hours Monday through Friday


• Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support customers, collections activities, training, or business needs.
