Riddle’s Group Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to support multiple divisions in managing accounts receivable, retail loan collections, credit underwriting, and credit risk decisions.

This role helps maintain portfolio quality while delivering excellent customer service. You will review credit applications, analyze credit reports, and determine appropriate credit limits in alignment with company policy.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, collections, lending, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate financial information and make sound credit recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate customer account data.
• Provide friendly support to customers and coworkers.
• Resolve past-due balances on AR and retail financing accounts.
• Review credit applications and assist with approval decisions.
• Evaluate creditworthiness using reports and income data.
• Recommend appropriate credit limits and actions based on risk.
• Negotiate payment arrangements for hardship cases when appropriate.
• Post daily payments and reconcile accounts.
• Balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
