Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and post lockbox payments, credit card transactions, checks, and cash receipts.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and misapplied funds in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer account records and respond to AR-related questions.
• Assist with AP tasks such as vendor invoices and payment runs as cross-trained.

About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is good with details. You will handle the AR side of our accounting department including posting payments, keeping accounts clean, and running down discrepancies. Over time, you will also cross train in the Accounts Payable side of things, so experience in either area works.
