Job summary

You will also maintain files and audit expense reports with attention to accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in AP, solid Excel skills, and a high school diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow procedures consistently.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Basic Excel is required.
• Associate degree preferred; college may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure suppliers are properly set up in ERP for prompt payment and tax reporting.
• Enter supplier invoices for payment and code to General Ledger.
• Handle check runs for printed checks and electronic payments.
• Maintain files of supplier invoices and payments.
• Audit expense reports for proper supporting documentation.
• Undertake special projects as needed.
