Watsco is seeking an Accounts Payable & Warranty Manager to lead the AP function, oversee vendor returns and warranty processes, and drive high-volume performance. You will manage a team, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain strong controls across the payable cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience leading an AP team in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP from invoice receipt through approval and payment with clear priorities.
• Ensure accurate PO, receipt and invoice matching; resolve pricing/quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain AP reconciliations and timely month-end close with proper records.
• Manage vendor returns and warranty processes; obtain credits and resolve issues.
• Provide team leadership, coaching, and coverage; balance workload and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support audits; drive process improvements.
