Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, purchase orders, travel reimbursements and verify accuracy.
• Reconcile monthly accounts payable aging and vendor statements.
• Print checks and initiate ACH payments on a weekly basis or as needed.
• Prepare journal entries for expense reclassification.
