Qualifications

• Familiarity with SJSO policy and procedures.
• Knowledge of general office equipment.

The role includes supervising staff, resolving operational issues, coordinating with other divisions, and managing key financial processes such as check issuance and travel payment processing.

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Associate degree or 3 to 5 years related experience
• Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in business, budgeting, or finance (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
• Working knowledge of both state and federal laws pertaining to accounts payable, finance, and travel
• Familiarity with SJSO policy and procedures
• Knowledge of general office equipment
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
