At P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. we are seeking an Accounts Payable & Travel Specialist to join our Accounting team at the Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This role focuses on processing AP invoices and managing the corporate travel program, with emphasis on policy compliance and accurate financial close. Required are a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in AP or travel administration, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of accounts payable, travel and expense, or corporate card administration; multi-unit experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Experience with travel platforms such as Amex GBT or Workday is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.
• Serve as primary administrator for the corporate travel program and related tools.
• Monitor travel and card activity for policy compliance and address corrective actions.
• Audit restaurant payables for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Process payment runs and assist with monthly close activities.
• Respond to questions from internal customers and vendors.
• Build positive relationships with vendors and team members.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
