Job summary

Miro is seeking an AP Transformation and Automation leader to guide a team of AP specialists and to own the automation and AI roadmap for the accounts payable function. You will drive a 2-day close, implement AI-assisted invoice coding, and optimize NetSuite AP and T&E integrations within a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts payable or finance operations, with at least 3 years leading AP transformation or automation initiatives.
• Experience implementing AP automation tools with hands-on lead roles ( Ramp, Zip, Tipalti, Basware, Medius or similar).
• Strong ERP background with NetSuite preferred; integrations and data architecture a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP team of specialists, including performance management and hiring.
• Own end-to-end AP operations: processing invoices, payments, vendor management, month-end close.
• Oversee automation initiatives and AI-driven improvements in AP processes.
