Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: any equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge and abilities.
• Three years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience.
• Ability to review financial documents for accuracy, completeness, validity and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in person; respond to inquiries.
• Audit payments against invoices before processing; print checks and manage secure distribution.
• Enter card applications and monitor processing; train end users on card programs.
• Perform travel audits and support the Concur Travel & Expense program.
