Cal Poly Humboldt is hiring an Accounts Payable Technician II to support the University’s financial operations. This full‑time, benefited position involves processing payments, auditing invoices, and supporting travel and procurement activities within a diverse campus community.

You will work under the Associate Director of Contracts, Procurement and Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy, compliance with CSU policies, and excellent service to staff, faculty, and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of progressively responsible financial record‑keeping experience.
• Ability to review financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Assist Accounts Payable with invoices and payments.
• Audit payments against invoices before processing.
• Process checks and manage secure distribution.
• Handle travel and procurement related tasks with CSU tools.
• Maintain card applications and end-user training.
