Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day A/P workflows to meet weekly check run.
• Mentor staff and oversee invoice processing, check runs, and month-end close.
• Review system reports, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and accounting system support to resolve Yardi issues.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and accurate record-keeping.
